About me

I have been a Nurse Practitioner since 2017. I graduated from the U of A in 2017 with my Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a focus in adult-gerontology acute care. I recently completed my post-graduate studies for my family nurse practitioner. I started my APRN career as a hospitalist for several years and currently work in gastroenterology.

I have become passionate about weight loss thru my own journey! I have been taking some form of a GLP-1-RA since November 2022 and have lost over 65lbs. Prior to this medication I felt defeated and frustrated by my weight gain. It has helped me gain my confidence back and I am excited to help others feel that same way!

Skin care and aesthetics has always been a passion of mine. As I have aged, it has been my goal to preserve the youthful & natural appearance of my skin. I am thankful for the opportunity to help others with their skin health goals.
